Suzanne and I will be hosting a virtual meetup on behalf of Surface Design Association this fall. This meetup invites artists and thinkers alike to engage with Louise Bourgeois's legacy while experimenting with their own creative responses in fiber. We'll examine how she used humble, domestic materials to create powerful sculptural expressions of memory, identity, and the body. Through guided discussions and hands-on material explorations, participants will also consider broader questions within fiber arts.

This is a two day event November 6th and November 13th, both days from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm central time. No experience is required just a desire to connect with other creatives about this iconic force of the art world. Registration is now FULL!!!
